Although they are safer than anabolic steroids by not producing harmful side effects, SARMs still have the potential to cause permanent damage if not used properly.

Permanent damage can also result from harmful compounds found in certain SARM products.

A study showed that many products claiming to be SARMs contained unapproved substances, steroids, and hormones.

The labels are also very misleading, as it does not state what ingredients are in the products.

This is one of the reasons why SARMs can cause permanent damage, such as liver injury, heart attacks and decreased testicular size. The supplements can also cause irreversible effects on the levels of hormones, such as testosterone and estrogen.

SARMs are artificial substances at the end of the day, which can produce detrimental side effects if used in excess or incorrectly. The FDA warns users that SARMs can produce harmful side effects that can eventually cause permanent damage.

Younger users are also at higher risk of permanent damage, as they can hinder their natural testosterone production which will be evident throughout their life. Apart from physical damage, some men may experience permanent body disorders.

However, there are no confirmed studies that say that SARMs are completely safe. Experts agree that more regulation is needed with SARMs. Since they are being sold under research chemicals or nutritional supplements, they are assumed to be safe, which is not the case.
